Alexander J Caron is an accomplished Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with 22 years of professional experience in talent activation, leadership enablement, employee development, performance and workforce empowerment, organizational change and sustainability initiatives. He also carries an extensive knowledge in learning delivery through Adult Education, People Development, Coaching, Consulting and Advising models.
Mr. Caron holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from l’École des Sciences de la Gestion de l’Université du Quebec à Montréal (ESG-UQAM). Ben Amor holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and a Postdoctorate in Quantitative Management Method (Operational research/Decision Science) from HEC Montréal. His academic background has given him a solid expertise in the evaluation and modeling of complex systems from an environmental and economic (or life cycle) perspective. Ben continues to specialize in life cycle assessment and circular economy. Currently, he has a strong interest in transferring this knowledge to end-users to help them realize their innovative vision for sustainable development.
His involvement in various international standards committees (e.g. MC / ISO / TC 59 / SC 17 – Sustainability in buildings and civil engineering works or ISO TC207 / SC 5 Life Cycle Assessment) or his participation as a member of technical or scientific committees in various conferences directly related to sustainable development will no doubt continue to help him better equip his various partners who are willing to improve their activities’ social and environmental handprint.
Alice has extensive knowledge of the human activities’ impacts on the environment. Her ability to grasp environmental challenges allows her to plan and implement key solutions for her clients and collaborators. Her professional experience and environmental studies have allowed her to develop a systemic understanding of sustainable development issues. She has a particular interest in town planning and action strategies for the transition of cities towards a better integration of current environmental, social and economic matters.

Clémence worked for industry and BtoB distribution giants, then in consulting with companies of national rank (especially in the transport and infrastructure sectors), and more recently ventured into community and non-profit action supporting sustainable territorial development.

Virginie began her communications career as a strategic planner at Publicis Group in Montreal. Virginie has worked as an independent consultant for more than a decade, having as clients several Canadian advertising agencies, eager for repositioning in a context challenged by new technologies and the digital age. Since 2013, she has focused on the deployment of communication strategies involving the promotion of corporate social responsibility. In today’s transparency era, she sees sustainable development as an important issue: more than a competitive advantage, it is a management philosophy. In this context, she is dedicated to supporting her clients in strategic thinking about their vision, business model, marketing and brand communication. By integrating social and environmental considerations into communication strategies, Virginie generates added value for her clients and its external stakeholders.
With 28 years’ experience, Scott focuses on applied sustainability, advice on carbon and energy, climate adaptation and environmental problem solving. Scott has held senior leadership roles in the private and public sectors. He has developed and led organisation-wide sustainability and energy management strategies and directed their integration into large and complex infrastructure projects. He is skilled at communicating and guiding decision making in relation to environmental and sustainability matters, particularly carbon strategy, climate risk and corporate sustainability. He also develops decision support systems, facilitates workshops and engages decision makers and stakeholders across organisations.
